The expected pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Operations Lead to drive the effectiveness of our sales organization through data governance, CRM administration, process optimization, and business analytics. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of our sales data, optimizing CRM processes, delivering actionable insights, and supporting sales leadership with accurate reporting and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving sales performance through efficient systems, automation, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Sales Operations processes, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of all sales data.

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the CRM platform, maintaining customer, opportunity, pipeline, and account data.

  • Develop and enforce CRM governance, data standards, and best practices to ensure high-quality, reliable information.

  • Perform routine data audits, identify inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions to improve data quality.

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and sales reporting.

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports that provide meaningful business insights.

  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to streamline business processes and improve system integrations.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase productivity and reduce manual work.

  • Lead CRM enhancements, system implementations, upgrades, and data migration projects.

  • Train sales team members on CRM best practices, sales processes, and data quality standards.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable data privacy and security regulations.

  • Support strategic initiatives by providing accurate reporting, operational analysis, and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.

  • Hands-on experience administering CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday CRM.

  • Experience integrating CRM systems with ERP, marketing automation, or financial systems.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and CRM automation.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, formulas, and data analysis.

  • Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM best practices.

  • Experience with data governance, master data management, and maintaining enterprise data quality.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

  • Experience supporting fast-growing organizations and scaling sales operations is preferred.
