    ·  Escalate technical, complex, or non-Level 1 requests to the appropriate team.

    ·  Own deal desk requests from intake through resolution, ensuring internal action items do not stall.

    ·  Coordinate legal and MSA requests, including routing, tracking, and follow-through to signature.

    ·  Prepare and send DocuSign envelopes, manage approval routing, and track signature status.

    ·  Support procurement activities tied to deals, including vendor coordination, purchase orders, and purchasing approvals.

    ·  Coordinate RFP and client reference requests.

    ·  Build and support client-facing presentations and deal materials.

    ·  Track incentive-related paperwork and deal approvals.

    ·  Support Salesforce hygiene and data corrections for active contracts in partnership with Sales Operations, Billing, and Implementations.

    ·  Develop strong knowledge of Lightedge’s product catalog and pricing models to support deal structuring and quoting.

    ·  Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Service Delivery, Sales Operations, Product Management, IT, and Enablement.

    ·  Identify and recommend improvements to quoting, contracting, and deal-support processes through standardization.

    ·  Surface tooling and skills gaps to IT, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement.

Education and Experience:

Experience in sales support, sales operations, deal desk, revenue operations, contracting, or a related function.

    ·  Working knowledge of Salesforce and familiarity with quoting or guided-selling tools.

    ·  Experience coordinating contracts, approvals, DocuSign workflows, procurement requests, or similar sales-support processes.

    ·  Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests.

    ·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    ·  Ability to prioritize competing requests and meet defined service-level expectations.

    ·  Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with pricing, contracts, approvals, and CRM data.

    ·  Ability to collaborate effectively across Legal, Finance, Billing, IT, Sales Operations, Product, and Service Delivery.

    ·  Ability to quickly learn complex product catalogs, pricing models, and internal processes.

    ·  Demonstrated judgment regarding when to resolve, route, or escalate requests.

    ·  Commitment to process consistency, data accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and throughout employment. This position is not eligible for current or future employer-sponsored immigration support.
