Tecovas is looking for a Sales Support Specialist, Wholesale will support day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer communications, and supporting sales initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for entering customer orders, troubleshooting customer issues, and facilitating smooth interactions between customers and operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and has strong written and verbal communication skills.

What you’ll do:

Account Communications 

    • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for Wholesale (WHSL) partners 
    • Respond to inquiries, provide updates, and handle requests in a timely, professional manner 
    • Identify and escalate trends in customer requests and gaps to help drive continuous improvement 
    • Collaborate with Order Management to ensure accounts are informed of issues with orders, including delays, shortages, or other impacts 

Customer Onboarding System Support 

    • Maintain accurate data in systems to support the onboarding of new WHSL accounts. Includes requesting documentation, maintaining clear account information, and training accounts on B2B platform

Sales Entry & Coordination 

    • Support the WHSL Sales team with seasonal order submissions, linesheet distribution, pricing, and product info 
    • Manually enter orders as provided by accounts in various forms 
    • Maintain excellence in customer service and order entry practices 

Various Sales Support Tasks 

    • Execute RMAs 
    • Coordinate response to billing issues 
    • Monitor and maintain MAP Policy 
    • Execute data entry as needed for new customer platforms and systems 

Experience we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 1+ year of experience in sales support, customer service, account management, retail, or a related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-centric mindset for delivering radical hospitality solutions.
  • Comfortable working with regular data entry and proficient Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with wholesale and retail landscape. 
  • Bonus points for experience in NetSuite, ElasticSuite, retailer platforms, or B2B Platforms.
