Sales Enablement is delivered through the Global Sales organization and, as a team, reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. The team’s responsibilities include implementing and evolving our sales methodology, delivering relevant training programs, providing targeted coaching, optimizing sales resources, and equipping leadership with actionable insights. All of this needs to be delivered in an optimized digital experience. That's where you come in. 

Our existing programs have consistently had an overwhelmingly positive impact on the sales organization and the company as a whole. They are frequently cited as the best our sales professionals have seen in their careers. We are starting to reimagine the boundaries of what is possible with digital sales enablement from standard eLearning modules to virtual and augmented reality.

The Sales Enablement Systems Specialist, who reports to the Director of Global Sales Enablement, is an integral part of the team designed to strategically improve performance of the sales organization. This will be achieved through the optimization of Sales Enablement tools & systems to help build a phenomenal and effective virtual sales enablement experience. Responsibilities include: 

  • Enhancing, optimizing and capitalizing on underutilized features in our Learning Management System, Mindtickle & our Content Management System, Highspot
  • Networking with other high performing tech companies to gain a perspective of what the best companies in the world are doing to train their sales reps using technology and implementing best practices learned
  • Staying on top of and using new and emerging technologies to optimizing process and delivery of our programs 
  • Helping to automate and optimize administrative tasks allowing that time to work on strategic business initiatives

In addition to fully utilizing our systems for a great virtual enablement program, you will help to automate and optimize the administrative tasks associated with training platforms helping to utilize our training data to make better informed decisions.

Within 60 days, you will 

  • Familiarize yourself with our business model, organizational structure, and sales collateral
  • Attend Sales bootcamp to learn our technology, what we sell and how we sell it
  • Gain competency with our sales enablement tools (Highspot, MindTickle) and our content development process and tools
  • Understand the data that our sales enablement systems capture and generate 
  • Understand the administration associated with our systems & tools
  • Meet with our CRO and Sales Leadership to understand their goals and vision 

Within 120 Days, you will 

  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product marketing, Sales Leaders, Executives and other stake-holders to work on a process to ensure the quality and organization of our training & content is exceeding expectations 
  • Start to optimize use of MindTickle and Highspot 
  • Familiarize yourself with our Technical Pre-Sales organization and

 Within 180 Days, you will 

  • Be a critical member of the Sales Enablement team, with a deep understanding of our product offerings, growth opportunities, and our culture and values
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure our virtual enablement program is exceeding their needs
  • Guide subject matter experts and project managers on what enablement collateral needs to be built, refreshed or enhanced based on data 
  • Working to automate virtual learning paths based on seller competencies & leader input

Beyond 180 Days, you’ll

  • Building, proposing and executing on new initiatives to improve our virtual sales enablement programs to senior leadership that include our current and new systems/tools

The ideal candidate will have... 

  • 2-3 years of sales enablement or sales operations experience 
  • 2+ years of experience owning/managing Learning/Content management systems. 
  • Experience with sales CMS and LMS tools (Highspot and MindTickle is a plus)
  • A passion for using technology to solve problems
  • A high degree of organization and attention to detail
  • A relentless drive to ensure the best possible product is delivered and pride of ownership 
  • Entrepreneurial drive, the ability to ideate & work cross-functionally to design and execute a plan to make those ideas a reality
  • Self-starter mentality with a track record of producing exceptional work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to network inside the company and influence stakeholders to drive collaboration and program excellence
  • Exposure to SaaS business model, MongoDB or NoSQL databases is a plus
