Lead partner execution and segment sales for NVIDIA's AI solutions, including strategy development, forecasting, marketing alignment, and pipeline reporting.
The summary above was generated by AI

For over 30 years, NVIDIA has been at the forefront of computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing — a legacy built on bold ideas and the dedicated people who bring them to life. Today, we’re harnessing the transformative power of AI to define the next era of computing: one where our GPUs serve as the intelligence behind computers, robots, and autonomous vehicles that understand and navigate the world. We believe the most meaningful breakthroughs happen when people with different perspectives and experiences work together. As an NVIDIAN, you’ll join a diverse, inclusive community where every voice is valued and everyone is supported to do their best work.

Join NVIDIA’s Segment Sales team for Agentic Computing — a high-impact opportunity to help shape the growth of our AI solutions portfolio. You’ll work alongside versatile, collaborative colleagues across product, marketing, and sales, helping partners build and deliver powerful AI applications.

We know that confidence gaps can sometimes hold dedicated people back from applying. If this role excites you and you believe you can make a meaningful contribution, we warmly encourage you to apply — even if you don’t meet every qualification listed.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and coordinate partner execution against the worldwide sales strategy — collaborating closely with a cross-functional team of four (Product BU, Product Marketing, OEM, and Regional Sales) and supporting executive alignment with partners.

  • Champion segment enablement — foster partner and ISV alignment; organize and support events, webinars, and training programs across the portfolio (DGX Spark/GB10, DGX Station/GB300, RTX Pro).

  • Lead segment forecasting — develop Bottoms-Up (BUF) and Judged (JFF) forecasts and collaborate with the BU on supply prioritization.

  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing on go-to-market strategy — contribute to sales positioning, messaging, MDF strategy, and Lighthouse Account (LHA) programs, helping partners reach their goals.

  • Own segment reporting — track pipeline growth, consolidate partner reporting from POS/sell-through data, and produce timely industry-facing reports.

  • Work through Partner/OEM GAMs to translate account strategy into coordinated execution — helping unblock partner challenges around availability, lead times, configurations, and launch readiness.

  • Identify and resolve recurring partner friction at the root so the same issues don’t resurface across OEMs.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ years of relevant sales experience, with 2+ years in product line or sales leadership — ideally with enthusiasm for virtualization or end-user computing.

  • Demonstrated success growing revenue and delivering results in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market approaches, account segmentation, and marketing tactics.

  • Solid grasp of the sales process and channel sales, with the ability to adapt as portfolios and GTM strategies evolve.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Familiarity with Agentic AI and its real-world applications.

  • Curiosity about industry trends and where the market is heading.

  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional internal teams spanning all aspects of product-line enterprise sales.
