Why This Role is Exciting

Optro is a category-defining GRC platform enabling organizations to modernize audit, risk, and compliance with purpose-built agentic solutions. The Senior Analyst Relations Specialist is the operational backbone of our analyst relations program. You’ll own the day-to-day execution of analyst engagement — briefings, inquiries, evaluation prep, and relationship management — while developing the skills to translate analyst insights into strategic recommendations that shape how Optro shows up in the market.

You’ll join an agile team of GRC industry professionals, reporting directly to the Director of AR & Market Intelligence. This team transforms market signals into actionable intelligence that influences positioning, executive narratives, product strategy, and go-to-market decisions across the business.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and follow-up activities across firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others). Own scheduling, logistics, and tracking.

  • Manage RFI/RFP submissions and supporting documentation for major analyst evaluations (Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape).

  • Prepare briefing materials and strategic narratives for executives and cross-functional stakeholders ahead of analyst interactions.

  • Track and report on AR program impact and health: pipeline influence, briefing cadence, evaluation timelines, and analyst relationship status.

  • Synthesize analyst research, evaluation outcomes, and market commentary into actionable insights for GTM, product, and executive teams.

  • Partner with the team’s competitive intelligence leads to translate analyst-sourced intelligence into competitive positioning and sales enablement materials.

  • Present analyst insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in analyst relations, competitive intelligence, product marketing, or a related field, with at least 1–2 years of hands-on analyst relations experience.

  • Familiarity with analyst firm engagement models (Gartner, Forrester, IDC), including inquiry processes, briefings, and evaluation methodologies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with polished, executive-facing professionalism.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.

  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities and market dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with GRC or adjacent enterprise technology markets.

  • Experience working within high-growth SaaS organizations.

  • Willingness and aptitude to adopt AI-enabled workflows for research, synthesis, reporting, and market monitoring.

Attributes of a Successful Candidate

  • AI fluent: Actively experiments with AI tools to work smarter. Sees AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty.

  • Collaborative and proactive: Drives initiatives forward independently while keeping stakeholders informed. Not afraid to flag risks or propose a better approach.

  • Execution-first mindset: Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with the detailed, operational work that keeps an AR program running.

  • Intellectually curious: Strong interest in technology markets, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends. Asks why, not just what.

  • Analytical and research-oriented: Connects disparate information into clear points of view and actionable recommendations.

Perks (United States)

  • Launch a career at one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in North America and EMEA!

  • Live your best life (LYBL)! $200/mo for anything that enhances your life

  • Comprehensive employee health coverage

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Competitive compensation & bonus program

  • Flexible vacation (exempt) / Accrued vacation (non-exempt)

  • Time off for your birthday & volunteering

  • Employee resource groups

  • Opportunities for team and company-wide get-togethers!

  • Parental Leave

*perks may vary based on eligibility/location

Our Company Values

  • Customer obsession: It starts and ends here. Consistently ask yourself how what you’re doing creates value for our customers. It’s a mindset.

  • Gritty resilience: Make it happen. Find a way. Move fast, stay positive, and do what it takes.

  • Drive innovation: Create the future. Continuously improve what exists and invent what’s next.

  • Win, together: One team. No silos, no egos. Drive to be the best and support each other’s success.

  • Growth mindset: 10x, not 10%. Think in orders of magnitude, not increments. Seek feedback, learn, and improve.

Please note that background checks are required. Qualified Applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for Employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act. This role may have access to highly sensitive data, including employee data, customer data, company financials, and proprietary product information.
