As a Senior Associate Marketing Strategist with Chase Auto, you will lead marketing initiatives to accelerate growth across paid channels. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize audience targeting, channel approaches, and creative execution. Your expertise in digital marketing and analytics will be instrumental in developing impactful, evidence-based campaigns that support brand awareness, consideration, and new customer growth.

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Paid Channel Leadership: Lead paid search execution for Auto campaigns (manage budgets, optimize keywords, and track performance), and launch and optimize auto-focused campaigns across social, affiliate, and emerging digital platforms.

  • Growth Segment Activation: Develop and activate messaging strategies for identified growth segments; track segment performance and recommend adjustments.
  • Strategy Development: Develop marketing strategies aligned to Auto business objectives, build deep understanding of customer segments and needs, and support ongoing strategy execution and refinement.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor activity in digital channels, including campaign launches, channel mix, and segment targeting/offers.
  • Strategic Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to support forecasting, performance assessment, test results, and profitability; identify trends and recommend optimizations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across a matrixed organization to influence partners, build consensus, and drive effective audience targeting, channel strategies, and creative execution.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

  • 5+ years in marketing, with expertise in search
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects and timelines
  • Analytical, creative problem-solver who uses data to diagnose issues and optimize outcomes
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with numerous stakeholders across a range of functional areas and teams

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience working in highly matrixed organization 

  • Financial services or automotive industry knowledge/experience is a plus

  • Social and/or affiliate marketing experience is a plus 

  • Ability to promote a strong control environment and adhere to procedures, while maintaining a customer-first mindset
