  • Campaign Development & Execution: With the support of Program Management, own end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring on-brand delivery across channels, including social digital, PR, Partnerships, and retail.
  • Global Partnership Support: Partner with Regional Brand Managers to deliver toolkits, messaging frameworks, and brand context so they can localize global campaigns in a way that stays true to the YETI brand.
  • Brand Stewardship: Uphold and evolve the YETI brand voice and identity, from major launches to everyday content, looking to infuse brand swagger wherever we can.
  • Cultural & Consumer Relevance: Identify and drive opportunities for brand energy through earned media, creator and ambassador storytelling, and culturally attuned programs or activations.
  • Measurement & Retrospective: Track campaign performance, share insights, and lead post mortems to inform future work.

  • Greater than 8 years in brand marketing, ideally in consumer products or at an agency
  • Proven success leading integrated, results-driven marketing campaigns
