What You'll Do:
- Participate in discovery sessions with internal business partners to gather requirements and understand current-state workflows
- Map business processes, document findings, and bring forward observations and recommendations to the engagement lead
- Develop proof-of-concept solutions that validate technical approaches before the CRAFT team moves to full implementation
- Apply AI tools actively in day-to-day work — using them to analyze, draft, research, and build — and bring that literacy to bear when evaluating solution options
- Write and maintain documentation, including process maps, requirements, and POC summaries
- Identify inefficiencies and gaps in existing workflows and surface them with supporting analysis
- Work across engagement types as needed — AI and automation, data and analytics, and process improvement
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
- BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Typically 4–7 years of directly related experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you ask questions before drawing conclusions
- Comfortable conducting interviews and working sessions with managers and their teams to gather requirements and map processes
- Active user of AI tools in professional work — beyond basic prompting; you use AI to get real work done
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to document complex processes and summarize findings for a non-technical audience
- Ability to manage your own work and deliver reliably across multiple concurrent assignments
- Experience with Cursor or other AI-powered productivity tools preferred
- Familiarity with process mapping, requirements documentation, or business analysis frameworks a plus
- Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools recommended
- Background in financial services, title insurance, or other regulated industries preferred
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
