    Qualifications
    • 8+ years in hotel connectivity roles with both hands-on technical responsibilities and accountability for driving commercial business outcomes.
    • Proven experience managing end-to-end API integrations and commercial relationships with third party inventory providers such as bed banks, wholesalers, and OTAs, including accurate property mapping, real-time availability, rates, and inventory synchronization, and error resolution.
    • A track record of designing and executing on strategic priorities.
    • Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to influence the roadmap and ensure technical feasibility meets business objectives.
    • Experience analyzing, structuring, and negotiating complex deals that align across multiple business unit needs.
    • Comfort performing data analysis and making decisions based on the results.
    • Experience developing and selling complex business solutions at the C-Suite level, with strong executive presence and the ability to influence top leaders internally and across the industry.

    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time, which may include time in company offices for team meetings and co-working.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience balancing time between strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations, moving fluidly between big-picture thinking and detailed execution.
    • Background working within a marketplace, travel, hospitality, or two-sided platform environment.
    • Familiarity with connectivity ecosystems and channel management technology across the lodging industry.
