This role will be responsible to lead the strategy, design and execution of global executive compensation and benefits programs and policies targeted at attracting, retaining and rewarding top leadership talent. This role offers great exposure and a dynamic team of people to work with across the globe.
What a typical day looks like:
Be a key driver in the development, implementation, and administration of executive compensation programs.
Lead the preparation of the Board’s Compensation and People Committee meeting materials including drafting, analysis, modeling, and market assessments
Lead the drafting of the CD&A and data gathering and compilation for the Annual Proxy Statement and other compensation SEC-related filings
Monitor executive compensation trends, staying abreast of applicable legislation requirements, and ensuring Company compliance
Manage the administration of executive compensation programs, including stock and deferred compensation programs
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and global HR business partners
Manage the review process of executive-level promotions, new hire offers and compensation reviews
Partner with functional experts in finance, legal and communications
Determine survey participation for the various executive compensation surveys
Support broader enterprise priorities across Global Total Rewards, as applicable
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or related field
10 years of experience in compensation or other related or HR functions, with direct experience in executive compensation
Strong analytical skills
Advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail; must be thorough and meticulous in their work
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ability to work with sensitive information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong management and development skills
Highly collaborative and team-oriented
