As Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll design and scale the operating system behind our global go-to-market strategy. This high-impact role bridges GTM strategy, execution, and data - aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to drive predictable, efficient growth across regions, products, and customer segments.

You’ll build and scale a world-class RevOps function that powers our next phase of growth, driving alignment across GTM teams, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and elevating sales efficiency.

  • Accurate, AI-enhanced forecasting and full pipeline visibility

  • A high-performing, globally distributed RevOps team with measurable ROI

Your Areas of Impact:

  • GTM Strategy & Operating Model: Partner with execs to shape long-term planning, TAM/ICP, and customer journey strategy

  • Revenue Program Management: Drive quarterly GTM initiatives and eliminate bottlenecks across the funnel

  • Analytics & Forecasting: Govern end-to-end data, build actionable dashboards, and deliver strategic insights

  • Tech & Infrastructure: Own and optimize our GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.) with a focus on AI, automation, and integration

  • Pricing & Deal Desk: Run a high-impact Deal Desk and support strategic pricing with operational rigor

  • Team Leadership: Build a resilient, global RevOps org with a culture of experimentation, enablement, and execution

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years in SaaS RevOps or GTM strategy—ideally at $100M+ ARR scale

  • Proven experience scaling global teams and optimizing cross-functional GTM systems

  • Deep knowledge of SaaS models (PLG, SLG, channel) and full customer lifecycle

  • Mastery of Salesforce, BI tools, and structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC)

  • Strategic mindset, fast decision-maker, and confident executive communicator
