Key Responsibilities
  • Global Total Rewards & Operations: Own and scale global benefits, compensation, and people operations to ensure equitable, market-aligned, and data-backed programs across all regions, inclusive of supporting a high-performance culture, ensuring pay for performance, and designing rewards to help attract and retain top talent.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize robust market and internal data to interpret compensation and benefits trends, delivering actionable, objective insights to drive balanced business decisions.

  • Executive & Board Compensation: Execute executive compensation and equity strategies, partnering closely with the executive team and supporting Board of Directors' needs, including the Compensation Committee.

  • Global Expansion: Drive the people and rewards strategy for our global expansion, taking local culture and compliance requirements into consideration to ensure seamless operations in new international markets.

  • AI-First HR Technology: Oversee and modernize the HR technology infrastructure and roadmap, leveraging emerging trends to transition our operations to an AI-first model.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Total Rewards and People Operations team, fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Analytical & Objective: Deeply analytical mindset with a track record of building rewards structures that are strictly defensible, fiscally sustainable, and backed by clear data metrics.

  • Strategic & Hands-On: Excited about contributing at both hands-on and strategic levels to build programs and processes that scale for exponential growth.

  • Trusted Partner: Earns the role of a trusted strategic partner for leaders across the business, including the executive team, by providing reliable, data-backed guidance.

  • Collaborative Builder: Builds strong cross-functional relationships (finance, legal, IT) and identifies the best external partners to help scale operations efficiently.

  • Forward-Thinking Mindset: Keeps a pulse on new technologies, AI trends, and evolving employee expectations to modernize and future-proof our people systems.
