If you want to be part of a team of bold builders, sharp thinkers, and technical trailblazers who shape the future of commerce, this is the place for you.

The Senior Executive Assistant — Board & Investor Relations serves as a trusted partner to the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer, SVP of Finance & Investor Relations and SVP, Operations and Intelligence with a specialized focus on Board of Directors liaison and Investor Relations coordination aligned to these executives. This role is much more than scheduling and logistics — it's about being the person your executives and board members rely on to keep things moving, anticipate what's coming, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

The Senior Executive Assistant — Board & Investor Relations must be creative and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, technology environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community oriented. The ideal individual exercises strong judgment in a variety of situations, brings expert communication and organizational skills, and operates with confidence and autonomy across competing priorities — including coordinating across global time zones as part of a worldwide team. This person takes full ownership of their work, follows through with consistency, and brings a positive, solutions-oriented energy to everything they do. You'll be joining a collaborative, high-performing global EA team that is genuinely invested in each other's success and growth. Based in our Austin office, this role sits at the center of a vibrant, energetic environment where being present and connected is a meaningful part of how great work gets done. Travel is not a regular requirement of this role but may occasionally be needed to support executive meetings, offsites, board-related activities, or other business needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a high-level gatekeeper and partner to the CFO/COO and SVPs, managing complex global calendars and anticipating executive needs before they arise.

  • Lead end-to-end logistics for Board and committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and the secure distribution of materials.

  • Coordinate earnings cycles, investor roadshows, and outreach, ensuring all investor-facing materials are polished and delivered on time.

  • Architect complex domestic and international itineraries via Navan and oversee meticulous expense reconciliation and budget tracking.

  • Maintain the company data room and corporate records, ensuring all board and executive documentation is organized and audit-ready.

  • Own the planning for leadership offsites and onsite meetings, managing everything from vendor contracts to technical setup and action-item follow-up.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread highly confidential briefings and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.

Who Are You

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, specifically within finance or legal functions in a high-growth environment.

  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and professional maturity; you handle sensitive board and investor information with absolute confidentiality.

  • A master of detail who can juggle competing priorities across multiple time zones without letting anything fall through the cracks.

  • Expert proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and modern tools like Slack, Zoom, and Navan.

  • Polished written and verbal skills, capable of interacting with board members, institutional investors, and senior leadership.

  • A self-starter who thrives in "builder" environments and prefers finding solutions over waiting for instructions.

  • Located in Austin, TX (hybrid schedule).

Preferred

  • Direct experience supporting Board of Directors operations or Investor Relations in a public company.

  • Prior experience supporting a CFO or COO.

  • Knowledge of public company compliance cadences and corporate governance.

  • Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to optimize administrative workflows.

(Pay Transparency Range - $37.81-$63.95/hr)

The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
