Join our colleagues in bringing our Mission to life every single day to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. We provide our global teams with the resources needed to achieve individual career goals while helping to take science a step beyond by developing solutions for some of the world’s toughest challenges, like protecting the environment, making sure our food is safe or helping find cures for cancer.
DESCRIPTION:
As a Senior Global Marketing Manager for the Transplant Diagnostics Division (One Lambda) at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will drive growth and adoption of our molecular diagnostics portfolio supporting transplant and clinical diagnostic applications. You'll craft persuasive content across channels - digital, video, email, and sales enablement—while ensuring compliance in non-promotional clinical education. You'll drive integrated campaigns from strategy through execution, measuring performance and optimizing to achieve revenue targets. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by accelerating the adoption of transformative diagnostic technologies that improve transplant patient outcomes globally.

  • Strong expertise in market creation, segmentation analysis, and long-range planning with ability to size markets and identify growth segments
  • Proven ability to map barriers to adoption and define strategies to overcome them in clinical and diagnostic markets
  • Experience partnering with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR, or clinical teams to develop evidence roadmaps and clinical validation strategies
  • Skilled in building scalable frameworks and market activation playbooks that work across varied regulatory environments
  • Demonstrated success in global product launches and campaign management from planning through sales enablement handoff
  • Expertise in storytelling and content creation across multiple channels: long-form, short-form, digital, video, email
  • Strong understanding of customer journey marketing and integrated demand generation strategies tied to revenue goals
  • Ability to craft compliant, non-promotional clinical education and market-conditioning content
  • Experience with molecular diagnostics technologies (NGS, PCR, genotyping) and transplant diagnostics applications (HLA, histocompatibility) preferred
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret scientific and technology trends and identify competitive market opportunities
  • Proven ability to translate complex scientific and clinical concepts into compelling commercial value propositions
  • Excellence in cross-functional collaboration within matrixed global organizations
  • Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and emerging techniques (e.g., generative AI, answer engine optimization)
  • Strong project management and performance measurement capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for clinical and commercial stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 25-30% internationally
  • English language proficiency required; additional languages beneficial
