Senior GTM Strategy Lead – AI & Strategic Partnerships

(Center of Excellence – Revenue Strategy)

About the Role

We are seeking a technically fluent GTM leader who thrives at the intersection of product, field execution, and strategic growth. This role is ideal for a former Sales Engineer, technical evangelist, or AI/cloud partnerships leader who wants to scale impact beyond an individual territory.

As a Senior GTM Strategy Lead within the Revenue Operations & Strategic Ventures team, you will architect and operationalize high-priority initiatives focused on AI, cloud data warehouse ecosystems, and next-generation business models. You will translate technical innovation into scalable GTM motions that accelerate revenue, strengthen partnerships, and drive measurable field adoption.

This role blends technical depth, field credibility, and strategic execution.

What You’ll Do

Lead Technical GTM Initiatives

  • Own cross-functional programs tied to AI strategy, cloud data warehouse partnerships, and emerging solution plays.
  • Design scalable GTM frameworks that enable Sales, SEs, and Partners to position complex technical values clearly and confidently.
  • Identify gaps in field readiness and build structured plans to close them.

Be the Technical Voice in the Room

  • Act as an SME with strong customer-facing credibility at senior and executive levels.
  • Partner with Product to translate roadmap innovation into field-ready narratives and execution plans.
  • Engage directly in strategic customer and partner conversations where technical depth is required.

Operationalize Strategy

  • Convert high-level vision into detailed execution roadmaps with milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes.
  • Build repeatable motions for co-sell, ecosystem alignment, and AI-led solution selling.
  • Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Alliances.

Influence Without Authority

  • Lead through expertise and clarity, not hierarchy.
  • Produce executive-ready recommendations that shape investment decisions and GTM prioritization.
  • Streamline complex initiatives into actionable plans the field can execute.

What You Bring

  • 8–10+ years in a technical GTM role (Sales Engineering, Field CTO, Technical Evangelism, AI Strategy, or Cloud/Data partnerships).
  • Deep understanding of AI solutions, cloud ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, hyperscalers), and modern data architectures.
  • Strong field credibility with experience in executive-level customer engagement.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business value narratives.
  • Experience building or scaling partner motions (co-sell, marketplace, ecosystem plays).
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
  • Compensation $160,000–$184,000 base + bonus + equity

  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.

Why Join Us

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role shaping how we bring AI and ecosystem innovation to market. You’ll move from influencing one deal at a time to shaping the motion that drives hundreds.

If you’re a technical GTM leader who wants to scale your impact, build the playbooks others execute, and help define the future of AI-driven growth—this role is built for you.

  • compensation 160,000-184,000 plus bonus & equity

  • Self-driven and ability to thrive within the grey of a program
