Job Summary

The Sr. HR Business Partner is a strategic leader responsible for partnering with business leadership to align people strategy with organizational goals and drive business performance across multiple business units. This role operates as a highly consultative advisor, working closely with leaders at all levels to understand business priorities, diagnose workforce challenges, and deliver integrated people solutions. Will own workforce planning for assigned client groups, ensuring alignment between talent, structure, and business needs. This role is accountable for shaping and executing organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning, while influencing leaders to make data-driven decisions that support both short- and long-term business outcomes.

This individual must balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution, ensuring consistent HR delivery while tailoring solutions to unique business needs.

What Your Impact Will Look Like

Experience

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across multiple business units
  • Build strong, credible relationships across all levels of leadership, from frontline managers to senior executives
  • Partner with leaders to align people strategy, organizational priorities, and business goals
  • Take a consultative approach to diagnose business challenges and deliver targeted HR solutions
  • Own workforce planning for assigned client groups, including headcount strategy, capacity planning, and scenario modeling
  • Partner with Finance and leadership to align budget, hiring plans, and productivity targets
  • Lead organizational design efforts, including structure, roles, and spans/layers optimization
  • Develop strategies for critical roles, succession planning, and leadership pipeline strength
  • Drive talent management programs (performance, engagement, development, retention) aligned to business needs
  • Enable leaders with tools, insights, and coaching to build and sustain high-performing teams
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex employee relations issues, balancing compliance and business outcomes
  • Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructures, integrations, and evolving business priorities
  • Partner with HR Transformation and HRSS to ensure effective rollout of enterprise initiatives
  • Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models across client groups
  • Coach leaders at all levels on employee development, performance management, and team effectiveness
  • Strengthen leadership capability through targeted feedback, development, and intervention strategies
  • Influence leadership behaviors aligned to company values and performance expectations
  • Collaborate across HR (HRBPs, HRIS, Talent, L&D) to deliver integrated, scalable HR solutions
  • Drive use of data, metrics, and analytics to inform business decisions and improve outcomes
  • Balance strategic initiatives with operational execution, ensuring day-to-day HR needs are met

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Strong business acumen with ability to align people strategy to business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a consultative partner to leaders across multiple levels and functions
  • Deep expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management
  • Ability to operate with autonomy across multiple business units, prioritizing competing needs effectively
  • Strong analytical capability to translate data into actionable insights and workforce decisions
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong coaching capability with leaders at varying levels of experience
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex employee situations
You Will Love This Job If You Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience in HRBP or strategic HR roles
  • Experience supporting SaaS sales organizations/teams
  • Experience supporting multiple business units or client groups simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ownership of workforce planning and organizational strategy within a business area
  • Experience in global, high-growth or technology environments preferred
  • HR certification (SPHR, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred
