The successful candidate will closely partner with Information Technology teams and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of YETI’s delivery frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead large‑scale, multi‑year IT programs and highly complex projects involving multiple teams, vendors, and business functions
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery accountability, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and trade‑offs; escalate with clear options and recommendations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Facilitate executive‑level steering meetings, status reviews, and decision forums
  • Translate business strategy into actionable delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes
  • Apply and continuously improve YETI’s IT PMO delivery frameworks, tools, and governance standards
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise policies related to security, data, architecture, and change management
  • Mentor and coach project managers on best practices, risk management, and stakeholder communication
  • Drive lessons‑learned, retrospectives, and delivery maturity improvements
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve transparency, and accelerate time to value

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM field or equivalent experience required
  • 8+ years of experience managing enterprise-level IT projects within a PMO
  • Strong command of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • PMP®, Prince2, Six Sigma, or similar certification

  • Familiarity with Organizational Change Management frameworks (Prosci)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for knowledge sharing
  • Based in Austin, TX at our HQ off Southwest Parkway. If you are not local, you must be willing to relocate.
  • We are onsite Monday-Thursday, and remote on Friday.
