Senior Lead – Dish Society (Mueller, Austin)

Location: Mueller – Austin, TX
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $15–$17/hour + tips
Hours: 45–50 hours per week
Estimated Yearly Earnings: Approximately $60,000–$75,000+ annually including tips and overtime

We’re currently looking for a Senior Lead to join our Mueller team in Austin.

This role is designed for experienced restaurant leaders who are ready to take the next step toward General Manager development. Senior Leads work closely alongside the GM to help lead daily operations, coach team members, maintain standards, and drive an exceptional guest experience across both FOH and BOH.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Lead, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while leading shifts, supporting the team, and helping maintain Dish Society standards at every level.

You’ll:

  • Lead shifts and support both FOH and BOH operations
  • Coach and develop team members in real time
  • Hold hospitality, cleanliness, and operational standards accountable
  • Support guest recovery and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and kitchen readiness throughout the shift
  • Assist with training and onboarding new team members
  • Partner closely with the General Manager on operations and team development
  • Help support scheduling, labor efficiency, inventory, ordering, and shift execution
  • Monitor line checks, health standards, cleanliness, and Steritech readiness
  • Respond to guest feedback and reviews with a hospitality-first mindset
  • Serve as a role model for Dish Society’s culture and values
