    •    Join sales calls as a subject matter expert to explain new offerings, answer technical accounting questions, and capture customer feedback.
    •    Identify new training opportunities based on customer need, market demand, and trends in the accounting profession.
    Product requirements and testing
    •    Document curriculum and content requirements for Product and Engineering teams as PRDs or user stories.

    •    Build relationships across Curriculum, Product, Engineering, and Sales to keep new-offering work aligned and on schedule.
    •    Help shape the team's processes for customer content adaptation and curriculum development.

    •    7+ years of professional accounting experience.
    •    Experience leading client-facing conversations and turning customer needs into clear, actionable recommendations.
    •    Strong written communication skills, including the ability to produce structured documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
    •    Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
    •    Experience mentoring, leading, or managing others, formally or informally.
