Summary of the role:

M-Files is a 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader for Document Management, serving thousands of customers worldwide. We're looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure marketing, from the first search or LinkedIn impression to closed-won revenue.

This is a high-impact role. Your analysis will shape where we invest our global marketing budget, and you'll present your findings directly to marketing and revenue leadership. You'll have the ownership to design the measurement approach, not just maintain someone else's.

What you will be doing/Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Own one cross-channel scorecard tied to Salesforce pipeline and revenue.
  • Make sure every lead and opportunity is tracked to the channel that drove it.
  • Manage GA4, Tag Manager, and Google Ads and LinkedIn conversion tracking.
  • Measure paid and organic search together, including SEO and AI search visibility.
  • Report funnel conversion from first visit to closed-won by channel, region and industry.
  • Validate multi-touch attribution in Dreamdata against real business results.
  • Design and analyze tests on ads, offers, landing pages and audiences.
  • Model the pipeline impact of budget decisions and recommend where to invest.
  • Lead regular performance reviews with marketing and sales leaders across North America, EMEA and the Nordics.

Requirements

Who you are/Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years in marketing or revenue analytics, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong Salesforce reporting skills, including campaign and lead source data.
  • Deep knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform conversion tracking.
  • Experience with HubSpot and a multi-touch attribution tool such as Dreamdata.
  • Strong SQL and Power BI skills (Microsoft Fabric a plus).
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools such as Semrush.
  • Solid experiment design and statistics skills.
  • The habit of checking numbers before you share them.
  • Clear communication, with the ability to explain complex findings simply.

Benefits

What We Offer:

  • As remote enabled company our employees enjoy the flexibility to establish their own life/work balance
