How you'll make a difference?

The Cloud Engineer role develops cloud-based technologies to facilitate the cloud technological solutions that enable the Business to operate core business function: Sales, CRM and backend operations.  This role is essential to executing our commitment in both the BGT modernization deliveries as well as keep up the legacy application technologies while adding DevOps functionality.

What will your duties and responsibilities be?

The following are the essential functions of this position. This position may be responsible for performing additional duties and tasks as needed and assigned.

  • Develop and lead initiatives in the SalesForce and MuleSoft ecospheres for BGT modernization.

  • Works with our Solutions Architect to execute the overall IT direction and specific deliveries for BGT modernization projects.

  • Develops DevOps functionality in on GearSet, AzueDevOps and GitHub technologies.

  • Support legacy technologies when necessary, as team capacity and support needs dictate.

What skills and experience will you need?

The requirements listed below are representative of the education, knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelors in Computer Science.

  • Certifications in Cloud Engineering in SalesForce, MuleSoft and DevOps in technologies like Azure, AWS, GearSet, AzueDevOps, Octopus, TeamCity, and GitHub

Experience, Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities:

  • 5 years hands-on experience in Cloud Engineering in AWS or Azure

  • 10 years hands-on experience programming, most of those in a senior or lead capacity

  • MuleSoft development and architecture experience

  • SalesForce forms development

What qualifications are preferred?

The education, knowledge, skills and/or abilities listed below are preferred qualifications in addition to the minimum qualifications stated above.

Additional Experience, Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities:

  • Titan forms development

  • Power Suite automation development skillset is desirable.
