When you join our company, we want you to feel valued, supported and proud to work here. That’s why we offer The GEICO Pledge: Great Company, Great Culture, Great Rewards and Great Careers.

GEICO is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own the strategy and execution of our landing experiences and conversion optimization platform. This role is accountable for driving measurable improvements in conversion rate, funnel efficiency, and customer experience across high-traffic digital entry points (SEO, paid media, partnerships, direct traffic).

This is a highly quantitative role with a huge emphasis on experimentation velocity, causal measurement, and deep data fluency. You will lead a cross-functional squad of engineering, design, analytics, and marketing stakeholders to continuously test, learn, and scale winning customer experiences.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned consumer / subscription growth PM who thrives in high-scale experimentation environments, understands how to build durable growth platforms (not just run isolated tests), and can translate insights into systematic product improvements.

A core expectation of this role is the ability to apply modern AI to accelerate growth velocity, improve decision quality, and unlock new optimization opportunities across experimentation, personalization, and funnel intelligence.

This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence 2-3 days a week at one of the following locations:  Palo Alto, CA; Seattle, WA; Chevy Chase, MD, Dallas, TX, Manhattan, NY.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy for landing experiences and conversion optimization, aligned to GEICO’s growth and digital transformation goals.

  • Define north-star metrics and KPI trees (conversion rate, funnel yield, cost per bind, experimentation velocity, statistical power, latency, reliability).

  • Identify the highest-leverage opportunities to improve acquisition and conversion across traffic sources, devices, and customer segments.

Experimentation at Scale

  • Build and operate a high-velocity experimentation engine:

  • Hypothesis generation grounded in behavioral data and funnel analytics

  • Experiment design (A/B, multivariate, sequential testing, CUPED, guardrails)

  • Statistical rigor, power analysis, and causal inference

  • Rapid iteration and scaled rollout of winners

  • Increase experiment throughput, cycle time, and learning velocity while maintaining data integrity and platform stability.

  • Partner closely with AI / data science to evolve experimentation methodologies and tooling.

Landing Experience & Personalization

  • Drive continuous optimization of landing flows, content personalization, page performance, messaging relevance, and friction reduction.

  • Leverage behavioral data, intent signals, and AI-driven personalization to dynamically tailor experiences.

  • Collaborate with SEO/AEO, paid acquisition, and lifecycle teams to optimize end-to-end journeys.

Platform & Systems Thinking

  • Treat growth not as one-off experiments, but as scalable product platforms:

  • Experimentation infrastructure

  • Feature flagging and rollout controls

  • Analytics pipelines and dashboards

  • Personalization services

  • CMS and content orchestration

  • Influence architectural decisions to ensure reliability, privacy compliance, and scalability.

Data & Analytics Leadership

  • Be deeply hands-on with data: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, attribution, experimentation analytics, instrumentation quality, and anomaly detection.

  • Translate ambiguous signals into actionable product insights and roadmap decisions.

  • Ensure high data quality, governance, and observability across experimentation pipelines.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead a full-stack product squad (engineering, UX, analytics, AI, program).

  • Partner with marketing, sales, growth ops, compliance, legal, privacy, and security teams.

  • Communicate clearly with executives using structured narratives, metrics, and impact framing.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with significant ownership in consumer or subscription growth products. Preferably, in the insurance sector.

  • Proven track record driving conversion rate optimization and experimentation at scale.

  • Strong quantitative background with hands-on experience analyzing large datasets.

  • Experience working with experimentation platforms (StatSig, Optimizely, Adobe Target, internal frameworks, feature flag systems).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or scaling growth platforms rather than isolated experiments.

  • Experience with A/B testing statistics, power analysis, false positives, bias control

  • Experience with Funnel instrumentation and analytics pipelines

  • Expertise on SQL, dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Mode), and experimentation tooling

  • Familiarity with Feature flag systems and controlled rollouts

  • Experience in regulated or privacy-sensitive environments (financial services, healthcare, insurance).

  • Exposure to personalization, recommendation systems, or AI-driven optimization.

  • MBA, MS, or technical degree a plus.

Annual Salary

$140,425.00 - $229,600.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
