Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Manager to join our team, with a specialized focus on driving conversion and revenue growth through our global checkout experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about conversion rate optimization — running high-volume experimentation, diving deep into data to identify opportunities and insights, and shipping improvements at high velocity that drive outsized results. You will play a key role in ensuring our checkout experience is optimized across countries and customer segments, through new enhancements and capabilities.
This is a hybrid role based within a commutable distance of one of our hubs i.e. Frisco, TX or San Jose, CA or Newport Beach, CA. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis; when not working onsite, you will work remotely from your home location.

About the role:

  • You are accountable for improving our global checkout conversion rate by identifying opportunities through data analysis and prioritizing experiments based on potential impact

  • You will own the checkout testing strategy, roadmap, and execution across McAfee’s customer segments and markets

  • You will design and execute A/B tests globally with a focus on impact and velocity, ensuring there’s always tests running in markets

  • You will partner cross-functionally with Product Managers, Design/User Research, Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to launch experiments with solid hypotheses and meet local compliance requirements

  • Lead initiatives, such as new payment methods, reducing fraud, and innovative capabilities that remove friction from the purchase experience

  • Drive initiatives independently from concept through launch, proactively communicating progress and identifying recommendations for next steps to multiple stakeholders across the organization

About you:

  • You should have 9+ years of experience as a Product Manager in Growth roles, ideally in B2C subscription services at a global scale

  • You’re an expert in experimentation methodology and statistical analysis—you design valid tests, interpret results confidently, and regularly communicate results and financial impact.

  • You demonstrate strong data analysis skills with the ability to find insights in complex datasets and translate them into actionable experiments

  • You don’t just think about the immediate test or task at hand, but rather think strategically to drive improvements at scale that impact the performance of the overall organization.

  • You’re well-organized and self-directed—you manage competing priorities, stay on top of action items, and proactively move work forward without needing supervision

  • You have excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of building relationships that get things done

  • You’re passionate about using AI to increase productivity, perform market research, prototype, and help customers understand the value of McAfee

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and easily pivot to capitalize on new opportunities
