Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Product Manager to own and drive the roadmap for our Recruit to Hire technology platforms, specifically Greenhouse ATS and SuccessFactors Onboarding & Offboarding modules.

You will define the vision, shape the roadmap, and lead delivery for these products, ensuring they align with business priorities, user needs, and IT architectural direction. Acting as the voice of the user, you will partner with stakeholders across HR, business operations, and IT to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that improve employee performance, leadership pipelines, and engagement outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and clearly communicate the vision and long-term roadmap for Recruiting and SuccessFactors modules
  • Align product roadmaps with company strategy, People Team goals, and enterprise IT architecture
  • Translate business strategies and operational needs into actionable product strategies and detailed delivery plans
  • Continuously evaluate market trends, best practices, and innovations in Recruiting technologies

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with HR and other business teams to understand pain points, uncover opportunities, and align on priorities
  • Be the voice of the user—recruiters, employees, managers, HRBPs, leaders—in discovery, design, and prioritization discussions
  • Provide technology leadership and decision-making, ensuring operational teams are empowered but not burdened with making technical choices
  • Define detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for features and capabilities
  • Lead agile pods with clear requirements, participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews
  • Balance new feature delivery with addressing technical debt in partnership with engineering leads
  • Build strong relationships with engineering, architecture, and vendor partners (Greenhouse and SuccessFactors)

Roadmap & Prioritization

  • Own and maintain the product backlog; prioritize based on business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment
  • Balance quick wins with foundational, long-term improvements
  • Make informed trade-off decisions between scope, resources, and timelines
  • Provide transparency to stakeholders on backlog status, delivery timelines, and any issues or delays

Delivery & Execution

  • Lead agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Define clear, measurable product outcomes and success metrics (e.g., time to hire/fill, Onboarding completion rates, cycle time)
  • Manage dependencies across technical and functional teams to ensure smooth, timely releases
  • Drive iterative improvements to product processes and user experience

Change Management & Adoption

  • Partner with Change Management teams to ensure effective rollout and adoption of new capabilities
  • Communicate product changes clearly and consistently to all impacted audiences
  • Track KPIs and product health metrics to measure business impact and adoption
  • Support incident and problem management when product issues arise, ensuring root cause resolution and prevention
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field
  • 8+ years in HR technology product management, with deep expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse or similar) and SuccessFactors modules (Onboarding/Offboarding)
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale, global HR tech projects
  • Strong business process understanding of performance management, succession planning, career development, and engagement best practices
  • Technical fluency with integrations, workflows, role-based permissions, analytics, and system architecture for SuccessFactors and Qualtrics
  • Skilled in Agile delivery methodologies and managing product backlogs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at all levels
  • Strong product mindset—focused on outcomes, user-centric design, and continuous improvement
Success Measures
  • 3 Months – Fully onboarded, established relationships with Talent Acquisition, IT, and business partners, mapped current-state capabilities, identified quick wins
  • 6 Months – Own and execute the roadmap for Recruiting and Onboarding/Offboarding. Deliver enhancements with measurable business impact
  • 12 Months – Successfully launch major product features, achieve adoption targets, and demonstrate measurable improvements in engagement, performance processes, and succession readiness
