Clinical Decision Support Applications
- Strategy & Roadmap Execution: Own the product strategy and backlog, balancing regulatory objectives, compliance requirements, technical feasibility, and business value within a Scaled Agile framework (including PI planning).
- Hands-on Agile Leadership: Write user stories, clarify complex business rules, define acceptance criteria, and perform functional testing to maintain team momentum.
- Team & Ceremony Management: Oversee a cross-functional Scrum team (Human-Centered Design, Engineering, QA), leading planning and synchronization ceremonies to ensure high-velocity delivery.
- Technical & Security Collaboration: Partner with engineering to define technical requirements, evaluate system architecture trade-offs, guide API integrations, and embed security, accessibility (Section 508), and automation into the product.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Governance: Build consensus across federal agency departments, committees, boards, executives, and subcontracting partners; communicate progress, milestones, and metrics to ensure full transparency and alignment.
- Experience: Bachelors and 5+ years of experience as a digital Product Manager leading platform modernizations or large-scale digital transformations, specifically within iterative, highly regulated, multi-vendor agile environments.
- Technical & Policy Translation: Proven ability to bridge high-level policy goals with granular technical specifications (e.g., APIs, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code) and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be a citizen of the United States, with the ability to pass a Public Trust background check.
