About The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Sensi’s AI-powered products. Working at an exciting stage of growth, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of older adults by improving the quality of care through innovative technology solutions.

Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will lead the strategy and development of customer-facing web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams across the company, to ensure our solutions meet the needs of our clients and users.

This role is based in Austin, TX, with a hybrid work setup, combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the product development process from concept to launch, including feature planning, user story creation, and testing
  • Define and prioritize product features and releases based on customer needs and business objectives
  • Partner with UX/UI designers and conduct user interviews to ensure the product delivers an intuitive and user-friendly experience
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive product development
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and continuously make data-driven improvements
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure Sensi’s solutions stay at the forefront of the in-home care industry
  • Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Operations, CS, and other teams to ensure we are meeting the business needs 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher degree, a technical or scientific discipline is an advantage
  • SaaS Product Management Expert: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management for SaaS B2B products. Proven success in leading end-to-end product management, including gathering requirements, developing features, launching, and managing large-scale web and mobile applications. Skilled at leveraging technical expertise to align product strategies with both user and business needs. An experience in AI-powered products and Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable product features is an advantage
  • User-Centric Innovator: Deep ability to understand and empathize with users, driving product design and development to enhance the user experience. Expertise in creating impactful, user-focused solutions that deliver measurable value
  • Collaborative Leader: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Proven ability to collaborate with marketing teams to craft impactful product messaging and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
  • Visionary Storyteller: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toward shared goals. Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate vision and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Analytical Problem-Solver: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of deriving actionable insights from complex scenarios. Meticulous attention to detail, managing multiple priorities effectively in high-pressure environments
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with exceptional attention to detail
