Location: Austin, Texas
Reports To: Director Product Management, Property Solutions Group

Company: Accruent

About Accruent

Accruent is a global leader in intelligent asset, facilities, and real estate management software - helping organizations connect their physical world to their digital future. Our platform powers mission critical operations for thousands of customers worldwide, from Fortune 500 enterprises to fast-growing disruptors.

Backed by Fortive (NYSE: FTV), we combine the agility of a SaaS innovator with the scale and discipline of an established global enterprise. At Accruent, we’re building technology that enables customers to make smarter, faster, data-driven decisions—and we’re looking for bold leaders to help accelerate that mission.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic evolution of our core Property & Facility Management capabilities. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level vision and tactical execution, translating market insights into a high-growth product roadmap.

As a "connective force" within the organization, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle - collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to ship experiences that customers find indispensable. We are looking for a product leader who is as comfortable defining 10x growth strategies as they are rolling up their sleeves to ensure flawless delivery.

What You’ll Do

Market Insight & Product Strategy

  • Synthesize deep customer empathy with a rigorous analysis of market trends and the competitive landscape to drive informed decision-making.
  • Uncover and validate market whitespace, emerging trends, and high-impact growth levers to inform our strategic direction.
  • Define and evangelize an aspirational product vision for our Property & Facility Management suite, aligning it with our long-term company goals and market opportunities.

Roadmap & Backlog Management

  • Translate high-level strategy into a high-impact roadmap that rigorously balances customer value, business ROI, and technical constraints.
  • Author and maintain a high-velocity backlog characterized by precision-engineered epics and user stories with robust acceptance criteria.
  • Execute complex tradeoff decisions that prioritize speed to market without compromising long term solution scalability.

Product Discovery & Experience Optimization

  • Partner with Design and UX to co-create, prototype, and rapidly validate solutions that solve user problems.
  • Spearhead an experimentation culture by utilizing A/B testing and user research to relentlessly optimize user journeys and business outcomes.
  • Synthesize qualitative user feedback with quantitative behavioral data to drive high-conviction product decisions.

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Work in lockstep with Engineering to translate complex requirements into shippable code, maintaining a relentless focus on quality and "on-time" delivery.
  • Socialize priorities and scope across the organization, ensuring cross-functional stakeholders are unified on expected outcomes and trade-offs.
  • Own the mission. Act as the ultimate point of accountability for the success, quality, and impact of every product release.

Go-To-Market Partnership

  • Partner with Product Marketing to architect compelling positioning, differentiated messaging, and high-impact Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Empower Sales and Customer Success teams with deep product intelligence and the strategic collateral necessary to accelerate win rates and user adoption.
  • Oversee the transition from product delivery to market impact, ensuring high-quality launches and continuous product-market fit.

Product Performance & Growth

  • Define and measure a robust set of success metrics including adoption, engagement, retention, and net expansion - to quantify product impact and business health.
  • Extract actionable intelligence from product usage data to pinpoint a roadmap of optimizations designed to increase customer lifetime value (LTV) and reduce churn.
  • Champion an iterative development cycle where every deployment is measured, analyzed, and optimized for maximum impact.

  What Success Looks Like
  • Market Leadership: A compelling, differentiated product vision that establishes us as the "must-have" solution in the IWMS (Integrated Workspace Management Systems) space.
  • Strategic Impact: A high-velocity, outcome-driven roadmap that consistently delivers measurable ROI and solves critical customer pain points.
  • Product Excellence: A culture of continuous discovery and experimentation that results in a frictionless, category leading user experience.
  • Growth Velocity: Sustained upward trends across core KPIs, specifically driving deeper product adoption, retention, and expansion revenue.
  • Organizational Trust: A unified cross-functional engine where Engineering, Design, and GTM teams operate with absolute clarity and shared purpose.

What You Bring
  • 8+ years of progressive Product Management experience, with a proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS platforms.
  • A portfolio of successful product outcomes where you led the journey from an abstract vision to a measurable market win.
  • The ability to manage complex backlogs and roadmaps while maintaining a relentless focus on quality and speed-to-market.
  • Deep experience in user-centered discovery, partnering with UX to move from ideation to validated, high-conversion user experiences via rigorous A/B testing.
  • Proven success in defining positioning and launch strategies that drive real user adoption.
  • Proficiency in leveraging complex data sets to diagnose product health, identify growth levers, and make high-stakes trade-off decisions.
  • The ability to navigate organizational complexity and communicate clearly with both engineers and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in product-led growth (PLG) environments.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap) and experimentation platforms.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS or complex workflow-based products.
  • Experience scaling products and driving user and revenue growth.
