Job Description SummaryAre you a driven project leader with a passion for clean energy? GE Vernova's Power Conversion and Storage business is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of high-impact, large-scale renewable energy projects across the Americas.
You'll be the critical link between our customers and our internal teams — steering complex, multi-million-dollar solar and BESS projects from contract award to successful closeout while delivering on safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.
This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Americas Region Projects & Services Leader, offering significant career growth potential within one of the world's leading energy technology companies.

Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Lead major energy projects valued between \$10M and \$200M, spanning utility-scale solar and battery energy storage systems

  • Be the customer champion — building trust through clear communication, proactive issue resolution, and consistent delivery against expectations

  • Own the full contract lifecycle — from finalization through closeout, including reporting, receivables management, change order and claim negotiations

  • Drive business performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, margin, cash flow, and risk management

  • Connect the dots internally — aligning cross-functional GE Vernova teams and business units to ensure seamless product delivery and commissioning

  • Communicate with impact — keeping internal and external stakeholders informed on project goals, risks, opportunities, and strategies

  • Champion a culture of excellence — fostering an inclusive, engaged team environment that consistently achieves project management best-in-class results

  • Protect and strengthen GE Vernova's reputation in the marketplace through professional, ethical project execution

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field)

  • Minimum 5 years of project management, customer management experience or related professional experience (GE or energy industry experience a plus)

  • Fluent English communication skills — written and verbal, technical and commercial

  • Demonstrated success leading and motivating multi-cultural, cross-functional teams

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in solar and/or BESS power plant design, procurement, or construction

  • Prior experience with GE Vernova Power Conversion and Storage products and processes

  • Background in Lean / continuous improvement methodologies

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $114,100.00 and $190,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
