Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end execution of healthcare fitout projects from planning to handover.

  • Manage site teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

  • Monitor project schedule and ensure timely completion.

  • Control project costs and ensure work within approved budget.

  • Ensure quality standards and compliance with specifications.

  • Coordinate with design team for drawings and clarifications.

  • Conduct regular review meetings and report project progress to management.

  • Resolve site issues and escalate critical matters when required.
