We are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to join our team.

As the Sales Representative you are responsible for aligning sales activities with the goals of Global Public Safety by aggressively prospecting, developing and managing new business to drive revenue. 

You will be highly engaged in business development by converting prospective clients into customers, maintaining relationships of existing customers and developing client/partner referrals. 

The ideal candidate will work remotely/virtually and be based in the Midwest.

What will be your impact?

  • Develop regional territory sales for both existing and new name business
  • Contact potential customers in a systematic and professional manner
  • Plan, Coordinate and roll out targeted marketing events to drive sales
  • Ensure quality representation of product and service capabilities
  • Stay involved with the customer after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate command of our product line
  • Participate in national and regional conferences and user groups.
  • Maintain good working relationships with Customer staff at all levels
  • Establish key contacts with industry leaders to maintain and grow knowledge of parking permitting and enforcement market
  • Meet all standards established for this position as outlined in the Sales Compensation Plan
  • Achieve Sales Goals set for the territory

What we are looking for?

  • 5+ years Public Safety software sales experience preferred
  • Hunter attitude with a competitive spirit
  • Customer facing experience with state or local governments/Public Sector; experience in public safety software or related industry preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota and developing and managing a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Understanding of government agency multi-process sales cycles preferred
  • Works effectively within a collaborative and cohesive, team based environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Outstanding customer service and organizational skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Positive, results oriented mindset
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and to consistently meet assigned deadlines
  • Self-starter with ability to work well independently and in groups

The Regional Sales Representative can work remotely or from a Harris office in their designated sales region.

Base Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 USD per year
