Revinate is the hotel data activation platform for hotels, groups, resorts, and enterprise brands.

Every hotel has that guest: years of stays, the same room, never skips the spa. But their story sits scattered across the PMS, the booking engine, the spa system, and whoever happened to be on shift. Revinate brings that story together. We connect and clean guest data from every system into Rich Guest Profile® data, then put it to work for the people who look after guests.

Reservations answers the phone already knowing the guest. Marketing sends the spa offer to the guest who raved about the spa. Behind it all, Ivy, our AI intelligence layer trained on 17 years of hospitality data, reads the patterns and handles the digital labor.

Revinate powers 1.1 billion Rich Guest Profile® data points across 12,500+ hotels, driving over $24 billion in direct revenue.

Get Revinate. Get superpowers.

About the Role

Hotels and resort groups are under pressure to drive direct bookings and grow guest lifetime value. Revinate helps them do it. As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll own the full cycle for large, multi-property hospitality accounts: opening doors, building consensus across stakeholders, and closing deals that reshape how our clients engage their guests.

You’ll partner closely with a Sales Engineer and senior leadership, and you’ll be trusted to translate complex business and technology problems into clear, quantified value.

What You’ll Do

  • Win new enterprise logos. Leverage your hospitality network and build new relationships with hotel groups, management companies, and brands. Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close.

  • Sell consultatively. Diagnose client objectives, then lead with a point of view and business value case that connects Revinate solutions to measurable outcomes.

  • Build multi-threaded deals. Engage and align stakeholders across revenue, marketing, operations, IT, and the C-suite.

  • Orchestrate your deal team. Know when and how to bring in your Sales Engineer, executives, and internal experts to accelerate and de-risk deals.

  • Grow existing accounts. Identify upsell opportunities by tying Revinate solutions to each client’s evolving goals.

  • Forecast with discipline. Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and deal data in Salesforce, updated in real time, and use Gong to sharpen deal execution.

  • Partner internally. Work with Customer Success, Product, and Operations to deliver a seamless client experience from signature through renewal.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, including 5+ years selling to enterprise accounts

  • 2+ years selling hospitality technology

  • Existing relationships with hotel groups, management companies, or brands that you can credibly open doors with

  • Proven experience selling net-new business into hotels, including winning new logos from first contact to close

  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota

  • Proven success building and growing enterprise accounts in hospitality tech, SaaS, or analytics/big data

  • Experience with value-based selling, including building a point of view and business value assessment

  • Working knowledge of a structured sales methodology (MEDDICC, Challenger, Sandler, or SPIN)

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Gong

  • Demonstrated rigor in CRM hygiene, account planning, and consistent follow-up

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex ideas simple

  • Willingness to travel as business needs require
