 About the Role 

As the Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our sales planning and execution processes as well as data architecture. You will also be in charge of maintaining reports and dashboards, running a rigorous operating cadence and providing analytical insights to support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities 
  • Own and conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly operating reviews within all sales segments
  • Define and execute sales territory planning and book of business distribution motions
  • Own sales forecasting execution horizontally with sales leadership and staff
  • Cultivate and maintain a deep understanding of the business’s data structure and potential impacts of changes, including data mapping changes between Salesforce.com and other GTM tech stack
  • Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to provide insights to the sales team and senior management
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for sales growth
  • Collaborate across the Go-To-Market organization to investigate and solve for data integrity issues
  • Manage weekly pipeline data review and clean-up and collaboration cross-functionally to drive process adoption improved data outputs
  • Propose and help implement data and process changes to support a more efficient and effective sales lifecycle
  • Assist in the development and implementation of user-friendly analytical tools and dashboards to support understanding of performance against goals and trends in activity, pipeline and bookings
  • Project manage adhoc assignments and support organization of quarterly (GTM Leadership Summit) and annual (RKO) meetings
Minimum Qualifications 

EDUCATION 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field

EXPERIENCE 

  • 4-5 years of professional experience in a Sales Analyst or Sales/Revenue Operations role - prior sales experience a plus
  • Proven record of success running a sales operating cadence across new logo and account management segments focused on sales execution, process accountability, forecast accuracy and growth
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Salesforce.com
  • Prior Admin experience with GTM tools like Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Pardot
  • Fluent in Advanced Data Analytics and experience with BI tools and Excel including production of pivot tables and data manipulation techniques
  • Familiarity with process improvement and project management methodologies to support an always-improving operating cadence

  • A process enthusiast who enjoys building process and structure where they don’t exist
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast past environment including the ability to multi-task, manage shifting priorities, and quickly problem solve
  • Well-developed business acumen oriented towards P&L Management, Strategic Planning and Competitive Analysis
  • Self-starter with ability to take initiative, seek information, work independently, and deliver completed projects
