Place of Performance: Contractor may be required to travel CONUS and within the NCR during the performance of this contract to attend meetings, conferences, and training. The Contractor may be required to travel to off- site training locations and to ship training aids to these locations.

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required

Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an IRS Moderate Background Investigation (MBI)/Public Trust.


Position Summary:

  • Experience: 6+ years ServiceNow; 2+ years Federal.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • Design scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Configuration and customization.
  • Perform code/design reviews.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues.
  • Optimize Record queries and platform performance.
  • Design secure applications and integrations.
  • Manage deployments across DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD.
  • ServiceNow's AI/automation capabilities, including Now Assist and AI-related platform.

 

Scope & Complexity:

  • Must prove they can translate enterprise business requirements into technical designs and manage deployments across complex DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD environments.
  • Emphasize hands-on troubleshooting of complex production issues at an enterprise scale, optimizing queries for massive databases (CMDB/CSDM), and implementing secure, AI-driven automation capabilities (like Now Assist).

Skillsets:

  • ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, integrations, Flow Designer/IntegrationHub, UI Builder/Workspaces, platform security, performance optimization.

Certifications (or equivalent): Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required, Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required for applicable domains (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM/SAM) preferred.
