As a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be the driving force behind our technical growth, leading and executing full-cycle recruitment for Research and Development teams. You will move beyond traditional sourcing to implement data-driven, innovative strategies that capture elite passive talent in a competitive market. Partnering deeply with the CTO, Senior Directors/VPs of Engineering leaders, you will help architect a scalable hiring engine that balances immediate technical needs with long-term architectural goals. You will also serve as a mentor to the TA team, championing technical recruiting excellence and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for complex technical roles from initial intake to successful closing.
- Act as a talent consultant to technical leadership, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping to influence hiring decisions and headcount planning.
- Deploy sophisticated sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to engage top-tier passive technical talent across local and global markets.
- Partner with Engineering leads to define core competencies and technical qualification criteria, ensuring a rigorous and unbiased assessment of coding skills and system design capabilities.
- Expertly navigate complex compensation packages, including base, bonus, and equity to secure high-demand technical talent.
- Utilize ATS data and recruitment metrics (Pass-through rates, Time-to-fill, Source of Hire) to identify bottlenecks in the technical interview funnel and drive process improvements.
- Guide junior recruiters and sourcers on technical literacy, effective outreach to engineers, and the nuances of the tech talent market.
- Coach technical hiring managers and interview panels on best practices, focusing on behavioral interviewing, technical assessment consistency, and reducing unconscious bias.
- Ensure the recruitment tech stack (ATS, sourcing tools, assessment platforms) is optimized for a high-velocity technical hiring environment.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to elevate our technical employer brand through blog posts, white papers, and presence at key industry conferences .
- Craft compelling, technically accurate job descriptions and messaging that resonate with the developer community and reflect our tech stack and engineering culture.
- Lead initiatives to broaden our reach into underrepresented technical communities, ensuring a diverse and inclusive pipeline for all technical departments.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a significant focus on technical sourcing and hiring
- Proven track record in a high-growth tech company; ability to adapt to shifting priorities and scaling challenges
- Strong foundational knowledge of employment and labor laws to ensure a fair and compliant hiring process
- Tech-savvy (we use Lever, G-Suite, Rippling and Jira regularly)
- A true team player who thrives on cross-functional partnership
- Organized individual with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to speak engineer and translate complex technical requirements into compelling candidate pitches
- Strong decision-making skills and experience negotiating complex offers
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
