JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects, consistently overcoming challenges to meet tight deadlines and budget constraints. Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient project execution and strategic problem-solving, while providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Manage dependencies across multiple teams and address project risks by developing mitigation plans and ensuring effective communication with all parties involved. Identify, escalate, and resolve conflicts proactively, guiding the team to achieve project objectives and deliverables with a focus on quality. Coordinate delivery across various GTM areas, maintaining high standards and meeting timelines. Analyze feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to continuously refine and improve GTM strategy and operations. Telecommuting: 100% Telecommuting.

REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field and 6 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Leading complex, multi team program delivery using Jira, driving end to end sprint planning, backlog prioritization, cross functional story grooming, and iteration progress tracking to ensure predictable and transparent execution; (2) Utilizing Confluence as a centralized knowledge and documentation hub, creating and maintaining requirements, decision logs, technical specifications, program standards, and stakeholder facing knowledge bases to support alignment and traceability; (3) Developing and managing detailed project schedules in Microsoft Project, including timelines, dependencies, critical paths, and resource plans, ensuring proactive risk mitigation and on time delivery of program milestones; (4) Utilizing Agile/Scrum practices across product, engineering, and QA teams, promoting continuous improvement, high quality deliverables, and transparent reporting through ceremonies, retrospectives, and iterative feedback loops; (5) Collaborating with UX/UI teams using Figma, reviewing prototypes, providing actionable feedback, and facilitating stakeholder alignment to ensure seamless user experience design and product functionality coherence; (6) Leveraged Amplitude and Tableau analytics platforms to interpret user behaviour trends, monitor feature adoption, visualize KPIs, and assess risk indicators, delivering insights and executive ready metrics to leadership for informed decision making; and (7) Applying SDLC best practices to manage projects from initiation through production deployment, overseeing requirements, design, development, testing, release planning, and post launch validation to ensure quality and operational readiness.
