Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals.
- Project Management: Proficiency in managing projects, setting timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
- Provide operational support for manufacturing-related applications and systems, including MES(SFCS), WMS, QMS, production reporting, and related systems.
- Develop strategies for system redundancy and disaster recovery to maintain continuous factory operations.
- Monitor the performance of factory systems and initiate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT management and 5 years of experience as a software developer.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of IT systems within the organization.
- Manage a team of engineers and support staff, providing guidance and direction.
- Coordinate with other departments to align IT systems with customer requirements.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for system maintenance and development.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Report on IT system status to upper management and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Preferred Skills: C#, Oracle, PL/SQL, MVC .Net, WebAPIs
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
