Dream job alert: we will pay you to be on TikTok.

Also Instagram. Also CapCut.

We're hiring a TikTok + Reels Creator for Codie Sanchez.

She’s built one of the largest business-buying audiences on the internet. Millions of people follow her because she tells the truth about money, ownership, and the boring businesses that quietly make people rich.

TikTok and Instagram Reels are where that message spreads fastest & where we're leaving reach on the table. We need someone who can turn a 90-minute podcast into ten scroll-stopping clips and who knows which sound is going viral three days before it peaks.

You'll cut clips from podcasts and YouTube, film in-the-moment stuff with Codie and the team, ride trends early, and build AI-powered workflows that make the whole engine compound. And have full permission to say "I'm working" while watching TikTok at 11am (it's true)

What you'll actually do
  • Turn raw Codie footage from anything from podcasts, YouTube shoots, behind-the-scenes, in-the-car rants into native TikToks and IG Reels that stop thumbs
  • Build and maintain vibe-coded content systems: prompt stacks for hooks, caption generators, format libraries that compound over time
  • Use AI to compress hours of ideation into minutes then override the output with taste
  • Film on your phone with Codie and the team (no fancy rigs, we want the real stuff)
  • Ride trends early. You should be sending us sounds and formats before we've heard of them
  • Write hooks that earn the next three seconds, then the next ten, then the watch-through
  • Write captions that pull comments, saves, and profile visits
  • Cut in CapCut. Fast. Shoot this morning, upload this afternoon.
  • Report in on the analytics. Feed retention curves back into your prompt systems & iterate formats based on what’s hitting.
  • Collaborate with the YouTube Shorts and IG leads so the best clips can be modified to run everywhere
Who you are
  • You can show us what you’ve already built with LLMs using prompt stacks, automations, content workflows
  • You've grown a TikTok or IG account. A brand, a creator, your own account. Doesn’t matter what, just real growth you can show us and explain
  • You know why something went viral, not just that it did
  • You can do basic design work in Canva or Figma like grids, carousel layouts & text-on-screen that actually looks good
  • You're fast. You ship. You don't need three rounds of approval to cut a 22-second video
  • You can watch a 60-minute podcast and timestamp the ten moments that would hit
  • Business, finance, entrepreneurship interests you
  • You're comfortable on set, comfortable with talent, comfortable pitching ideas in a room full of opinions
  • You have spicy takes. About the algorithm, about what's dead on TikTok, about what the next platform is
  • You're obsessed with the collision of storytelling and technology
Why you should want this job
  • You'll build something people care about. Contrarian Thinking is already the loudest voice in Main Street business. You'll help it get louder.
  • The team is growing fast. And your role in short-form is the testing ground for everything.
  • You'll learn business by osmosis. Codie invests in companies, buys businesses, runs events, writes books. You're in the room for all of it.
  • You're at the frontier. We're not dabbling with AI, we're rebuilding how content gets made. You're part of that from day one.
  • Room to run. If you want to grow into a Social Media Manager, creative director, or go build your own thing after, we'll help you get there.
