Create, design, schedule, and track social media content for Wishbone Advisory, ATX Marketing Innovators, and client accounts. The intern will manage LinkedIn and Instagram posts, produce graphics, carousels, and short-form videos, ghostwrite executive content, support content calendars and community engagement, and capture event content in Austin.
About Us
Wishbone Advisory is an Austin-based marketing advisory firm serving a diverse roster of clients. We also lead ATX Marketing Innovators, a community of local marketing professionals. You'll get direct exposure to agency-side social strategy across multiple brands — not one feed, but many.
The Role
You'll craft and design social content across three fronts: the Wishbone Advisory brand, the ATX Marketing Innovators community, and our client accounts. Primary channels are LinkedIn and Instagram, managing corporate accounts with some ghostwriting for executives.
What You'll Do
- Write, design, and schedule posts for LinkedIn and Instagram across brand, community, and client accounts
- Create visual assets (graphics, carousels, short-form video) that fit each brand's voice and identity
- Draft LinkedIn content for executives in their individual voices
- Support content calendars, community engagement, and post-performance tracking
- Attend ATX Marketing Innovators events and capture content on-site
What We're Looking For
- Current comms/design student (junior/senior preferred; strong sophomores welcome)
- Strong writer who can shift voice across brands and executives
- Design skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite; portfolio or sample accounts a plus
- Fluency in LinkedIn and Instagram best practices, formats, and trends
- Organized, deadline-driven, comfortable juggling multiple accounts
- Hybrid work in Austin
