About Us
Wishbone Advisory is an Austin-based marketing advisory firm serving a diverse roster of clients. We also lead ATX Marketing Innovators, a community of local marketing professionals. You'll get direct exposure to agency-side social strategy across multiple brands — not one feed, but many.

The Role
You'll craft and design social content across three fronts: the Wishbone Advisory brand, the ATX Marketing Innovators community, and our client accounts. Primary channels are LinkedIn and Instagram, managing corporate accounts with some ghostwriting for executives.

What You'll Do

  • Write, design, and schedule posts for LinkedIn and Instagram across brand, community, and client accounts
  • Create visual assets (graphics, carousels, short-form video) that fit each brand's voice and identity
  • Draft LinkedIn content for executives in their individual voices
  • Support content calendars, community engagement, and post-performance tracking
  • Attend ATX Marketing Innovators events and capture content on-site

What We're Looking For

  • Current comms/design student (junior/senior preferred; strong sophomores welcome)
  • Strong writer who can shift voice across brands and executives
  • Design skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite; portfolio or sample accounts a plus
  • Fluency in LinkedIn and Instagram best practices, formats, and trends
  • Organized, deadline-driven, comfortable juggling multiple accounts
  • Hybrid work in Austin

What You'll Get

  • Hourly pay, part-time schedule flexible around classes
  • Course credit upon approval with your college (we have hosted Moody interns previously)
  • Portfolio-building work across multiple real brands
  • Direct mentorship from senior marketers
  • Networking through ATX Marketing Innovators
