Responsibilities

  • Translate operational needs into RealPage solution designs, product settings, configuration recommendations, and clear guidance that customers can apply.
  • Apply hands-on RealPage product knowledge, especially for property operations such as leasing, rents, maintenance, and facilities; explain how system choices affect day-to-day work.

  • Contribute to team practices, reusable solution guidance, and product or process feedback that improves future customer engagements.
Qualifications
  • Five or more years of relevant experience across multifamily property operations, property management systems, implementation, or solution consulting; comparable combinations of experience may be considered.
  • Experience using property management software in an operational setting and the ability to connect real customer workflows to system capabilities.
  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions, analyze business needs, and communicate practical recommendations to both operational and technical audiences.
  • Clear verbal and written communication, strong problem solving, and the ability to organize work across concurrent engagements.
Preferred experience
  • Administrator-level RealPage experience from a regional, corporate, or property systems role, including configuration, setup, or settings. OneSite and related operations products are especially relevant.
  • Consulting, implementation, presales, or customer-facing solution design experience, including needs analysis and translating requirements into system configuration.
  • Affordable housing experience, including familiarity with programs such as LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, HOME, bonds, or layered subsidies.
  • Understanding of how property operations connect to financial workflows and accounting data.
