Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 50+ team members spread across the globe, with 30+ members based in Austin, Texas. We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong collaborative mindset.

What You’ll Do:

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be instrumental in helping prospects understand the value of ShipperHQ by supporting our Sales, Customer Success, and implementation teams. Leveraging your deep product knowledge, e-commerce expertise, and understanding of how companies deploy ShipperHQ, you’ll guide customers through the sales and implementation phases—ensuring they adopt a scalable solution that supports both their immediate needs and long-term growth.

Your Impact

• Collaborate across sales, implementation, and technical support teams to drive product vision while ensuring seamless execution across departments.
• Provide valuable product insights to the Product Team by identifying areas of friction and opportunities for enhancement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, equipping customer-facing teams with best practices and in-depth product knowledge.
• Analyze complex customer challenges and demonstrate how ShipperHQ provides effective solutions.
• Develop a strong understanding of the broader e-commerce landscape to position ShipperHQ effectively within the ecosystem.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both colleagues and customers.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Solution Engineering within a SaaS environment, including running customer POCs (Proof of Concepts).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and the ability to showcase their value in customer conversations.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of curiosity and ownership.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• A positive attitude and initiative-driven approach to problem-solving.

Logistics:

• This is a full-time position working out of our Austin, TX office 2 days a week
• Compensation is based on experience
