YOU WILL BE: 

As the Cross Category eCommerce Specialist, you play a pivotal role in delivering BG.com’s luxury digital ecosystem. You will drive online demand by curating seamless, inspiring online journeys that connect our discerning global clientele with premier designer assortments and bespoke digital services. Designed for a detail-oriented fashion enthusiast with strong analytical acumen, this role pairs data insights with elevated site merchandising to optimize customer discovery, site navigation, and digital conversion across the brand.

YOU WILL DO:

Site Merchandising & Curation

  • Curate On-Site Experiences: Drive engagement and sales by curating cross-category product listing pages (PLPs) that blend merchant strategies, customer analytics, and Bergdorf Goodman’s distinct aesthetic.

  • Manage Product Life Cycles: Follow new products from item creation through launch and marketing inclusion, keeping a close pulse on product life cycles to ensure seamless storytelling. 

  • Monitor Inventory Levels: Monitor and adjust product merchandising placements based on availability and sales velocity.

  • Execute Digital Journeys: Build, test, and optimize customer experiences for marketing campaigns, brand launches, and promotions to drive traffic and revenue.

  • Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Category Growth, Buying, Marketing, and Creative teams on content updates and maintain visibility for digital enhancements. 

Performance Metrics & Reporting

  • Analytics & Insights: Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports tracking site health, merchandising effectiveness, and navigation performance.

  • Event Recaps: Analyze KPIs against benchmarks to deliver post-event recaps and actionable optimizations.

  • Quarterly Site Turnovers: Analyze past quarters to inform future navigation, content and merchandising strategies.

Site Optimization & Process Improvement

  • Troubleshooting: Partner with cross-functional teams to audit, identify, and resolve navigational errors, broken links, or configuration issues.

  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor luxury retail competitors for UX, merchandising, and promotional trends.

  • Governance: Recommend process enhancements to scale best practices and differentiated experiences for ongoing site setup.

YOU WILL BRING:

  • Required: 1–2 years in eCommerce, digital retail, or luxury fashion; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field; Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; exceptional organizational ability.

  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Adobe Analytics).

  • Comfortable working in a remote environment

Salary Range $65,000 - $81,000*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
