Collaborates in the development of the value proposition for existing and new products in Argentina and Uruguay by integrating benefits and experiences.
Focuses on the execution of benefits campaigns, ensuring accurate implementation and adherence to budget.
Monitors feature performance and key indicators of Mastercard issuers, driving their development and optimization.
Responsibilities
Assist with the execution of the Core Products strategy for Argentina and Uruguay working closely with Account Management teams.
Develop relationships with digital partners, merchants, and Mastercard allies to execute promotions.
Build up dashboards to track key initiatives within the area by collecting the necessary data and identifying relevant insights.
Monitor product KPIs and P&L performance to support incremental revenue growth.
Help to ensure that Core solutions are delivered as part of a unified, customer-centric strategy.
Support strategic customer engagements and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
Expected skills
Analytical thinking and autonomy in conducting analysis with business sense.
Demonstrates curiosity to quickly learn new topics and the proactivity to take on new challenges.
Ability to understand processes, identify improvement opportunities, and anticipate potential delays.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with different areas within the organization.
Product management experience would be considered an advantage, though it is not mandatory.
