Overview:
As the Global Talent Attraction Program Specialist, you will help power our most visible talent attraction programs-bringing structure, insight, and momentum to early-in-career hiring, events, referrals, and emerging priorities across the function. You'll strengthen our global campus recruitment marketing efforts, elevate how candidates experience our brand, and surface data that shapes how we evolve our Talent Attraction strategy. Success in this role means seamless execution, consistent program enablement, and reporting that drives smarter decisions across the team.
Role:
Global Campus Recruiting Support• Act as the primary operational partner for the global campus recruiting team; assisting them with their seasonal hiring needs through event readiness, logistics, and materials.• Support monthly student-focused social media and talent community campaigns including drafting content, collecting assets, ensuring brand alignment, executing campaigns and analyzing for continuous improvement.
Recruiting Events• Support global event operations from planning through follow-up, ensuring each touchpoint is smooth and on-brand.• Manage pre- and post-event email campaigns within CRM/automation tools.• Create event materials including QR codes, one-pagers, flyers, and more.• Deliver post-event analysis, including performance reporting and tactical recommendations for future improvement.
Employee Referral Program (ERP)• Own the full enablement of the Employee Referral Program and its communications.• Develop toolkits, guides, and campaigns designed to increase participation and program visibility.• Track funnel metrics end to end-applications through hire outcomes-and provide high-quality monthly reporting.
Analytics & Reporting• Serve as the reporting lead for the Talent Attraction function, owning the creation and delivery of monthly dashboards and performance reporting.• Maintain and measure the monthly Employee Value Proposition (EVP) index to assess trends in audience sentiment and perception.• Surface insights that inform strategic planning, optimization, and leadership decision-making.
All About You:• Experience in marketing, program coordination, talent marketing, recruiting operations, or related field.• Strong project management discipline with the ability to navigate multiple timelines and stakeholders.• Comfortable with CRM or marketing automation tools.• Analytical mindset with a track record of building and interpreting performance reports.• Exceptional communication skills and a natural inclination for structure, organization, and continuous improvement.• Flexible with working alternative schedules, as this role supports global operations across multiple time zones.• Comfortable working in the office three times per week.• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
