As a Sports Live Data Monitor/Content Moderator, you will be responsible for watching live games and tracking statistics. You will communicate relevant scenarios in real-time, writing copy and sports-related editorials, researching, stat tracking, and verifying the accuracy of the content.

Responsibilities:

- Monitoring Live Sports Data across a large range of sports, leagues, and teams to ensure accuracy across a variety of both live and static data and statistics
- Mitigate and escalate potential issues captured and follow documented workflows in a fast-paced setting
- Follow documented workflows to ensure best-in-class customer experience
- Following recent transactions, games, and stats across a wide range of leagues

Requirements:

- Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends onsite at the office located in Austin, TX. Live Sports can happen during early mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and are mainly on the weekends.
- Previous experience working within live data or statistics gathering is a plus
 
Qualifications:

- Available to work mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and game days, as assigned
- Passion for sports, sports data, and statistics with a deep understanding of all sports
- Ability to follow documented workflows and communicate with cross-functional partners
- Ability to monitor, track, and escalate live sports data
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle repetitive tasks
- Native or near-native fluency in the English language
- Strong research skills
- Strong writing and grammar with previous experience in sports writing and editing
- Previous sports-related experience

Position details: 

- Location: Onsite at the office in Austin, TX
- Rate: $27 per hour
- Contract: W2, eligible for benefits based on hours worked
- Schedule Availability: Full-time (40 hours per week).

Divided into 3 shifts of 5 work days (working at least 1 day of the weekend will be required):
1- Wednesday - Sunday
2- Tuesday - Saturday
3- Thursday - Monday
4- Saturday - Wednesday 

Possible shifts:
1- Morning Shift: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
2- Middle Shift: 3:00 pm - 12:00 am
3- Night Shift: 5:00 pm - 2:00 am

- Duration: Open-ended contract

Desired start date: September 2025
