About the Role

Abnormal AI is seeking a strategic and experienced Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the global marketing and campaign strategy and for our Enterprise segment. This highly cross-functional role serves as the marketing owner for Enterprise, acting as the expert on enterprise buyer dynamics, messaging, and engagement strategy.

You will be accountable for overall Enterprise segment health and performance—developing bottoms-up marketing plans, owning our Tier 1 Enterprise campaign, and aligning closely with Field and Channel Marketing, Events, Digital, SDR, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to deliver integrated programs that drive enterprise pipeline and revenue impact.

We’re looking for a full-funnel, enterprise-savvy marketer with deep experience in B2B demand gen, integrated campaigns, and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles. The ideal candidate thrives as a strategic partner to all GTM functions, is deeply empathetic to CISO and executive buyer needs, and excels at turning insights into high-impact, coordinated execution.

What You Will Do
  • Own the Tier 1 Enterprise campaign, setting strategy, messaging, and execution across all channels with end-to-end accountability for  execution, optimization, and pipeline impact.
  • Lead global integrated marketing efforts for the Enterprise segment, serving as the subject-matter expert on enterprise buyer behavior, personas, verticals, and engagement strategy.
  • Develop bottoms-up enterprise marketing plans aligned to revenue goals, regional priorities, and account segmentation.
  • Drive full-funnel enterprise programs by aligning and collaborating with Field Marketing, Channel Marketing, Events, Digital, SDR, and Sales teams.
  • Craft compelling, persona-based messaging that resonates with CISO and executive buyers, decision-makers within complex enterprise buying committees.
  • Lead regular funnel and pipeline reviews to uncover insights, identify gaps, and optimize performance across the enterprise motion.
  • Ensure a unified, high-impact enterprise experience across all touchpoints and channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and influence on enterprise pipeline and revenue.
Must Haves
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven success running integrated, global campaigns for Enterprise segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with Enterprise sales leadership and influence pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong full-funnel expertise.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
 

At Abnormal AI, certain roles are eligible for a bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and benefits. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons. 

Base salary range:
$140,300$165,000 USD
