About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our AI Platform Enablement team. This leader will own a integrated charter across platform leadership and enablement, helping CrowdStrike build and scale a governed internal AI development experience that is secure, usable, and ready for broad adoption.

This role is focused on enabling the internal platform, workflows, and operating model that support AI-assisted development and governed AI usage across CrowdStrike. The team will not own AI as a product; instead, this leader will partner closely with the Enterprise AI team and other stakeholders to deliver secure platforms, strong adoption, and effective change management.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the AI Platform Enablement function as an operating domain with responsibility for roadmap, delivery, adoption, and operational strategy across multiple work-streams.

  • Define and execute the strategy for a governed internal AI platform environment that includes developer workspaces, secure gateway patterns, identity, observability, and enterprise integrations, in close partnership with the Enterprise AI team.

  • Partner with engineering, platform, infrastructure, security, risk, and compliance stakeholders to ensure the platform is secure, auditable, scalable, and aligned to enterprise standards.

  • Drive enablement programs that help internal teams adopt approved AI capabilities through structured training, reusable templates, starter kits, and rollout playbooks.

  • Build operating mechanisms, service models, and prioritization frameworks that help teams move from idea to working solutions in a controlled environment with speed and consistency.

  • Establish success metrics for platform usage, onboarding, adoption, delivery velocity, control effectiveness, and user experience.

  • Lead and grow a high-performing team, setting clear direction, developing talent, and creating strong cross-functional alignment across technical and business stakeholders.

  • Act as an executive-facing leader who can translate technical platform decisions into business outcomes, adoption plans, and risk-managed execution.

What You'll Need:
  • 8+ years of experience leading technical programs, platforms, or enterprise technology functions, with meaningful people leadership experience.

  • Experience leading managers, senior individual contributors, or cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise environment.

  • Strong understanding of AI platform enablement, developer productivity, enterprise architecture, and secure-by-design operating models.

  • Experience with one or more of the following areas: cloud developer workspaces, API gateways, platform engineering, CI/CD, identity and access management, observability, or enterprise integration patterns.

  • Track record of combining platform strategy with adoption and change management, including training, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and scaled rollout.

  • Ability to partner effectively with security, risk, compliance, infrastructure, and engineering leaders on sensitive or high-governance initiatives.

  • Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, setting direction, and building the function while the platform and operating model continue to mature.

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Bouns Points:

  • Strong leadership experience managing a global team

  • Experience standing up or scaling internal AI development platforms, agent platforms, or governed GenAI environments.

  • Familiarity with platforms and patterns such as Coder, Kong, GitLab, Okta, secrets management, and cloud-native infrastructure.

  • Experience creating internal enablement programs for developers, technical users, or enterprise product teams.

  • Background in IT, platform engineering, developer experience, digital workplace, or enterprise transformation environments.
