Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused, and execution-oriented Sr. Product Manager, OEM Integrations to own and drive a portfolio of OEM-facing products and capabilities that enable data exchange, reporting, analytics, digital connectivity, and platform modernization across automotive manufacturers.
 

This role will help drive roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of OEM-facing products and platforms focused on data integration, analytics, reporting, API enablement, performance measurement, and modernization of business-critical systems and capabilities, including:

  • OEM Data Integration & Connectivity Solutions

  • API & Digital Ecosystem Products

  • Data Exchange, Governance & Data Services

  • Legacy Platform Transformation & Modernization Initiatives
     

The Senior Product Manager will serve as the primary liaison between OEM stakeholders, engineering, sales, operations, customer success, and executive leadership to deliver scalable digital solutions that improve business performance, support enterprise transformation initiatives, and strengthen OEM partnerships. This role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, defining strategic direction, prioritizing investments, and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with leadership to understand the vision, strategy and drive roadmap, and execution of a portfolio of OEM-facing products and platforms supporting data integration, reporting, analytics, digital ecosystems, and platform modernization.

  • Define and prioritize product investments, strategic initiatives, and roadmap deliverables aligned with customer needs, OEM requirements, business objectives, and long-term growth strategies.

  • Partner directly with OEM stakeholders to understand business goals, operational challenges, integration requirements, reporting needs, and digital transformation opportunities.

  • Drive the development of scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that enable data exchange, connectivity, interoperability, analytics, and insights across OEM and enterprise ecosystems.

  • Lead modernization initiatives that improve platform scalability, performance, reliability, user experience, operational efficiency, and maintainability.

  • Define product requirements and customer-centric solutions through collaboration with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Data, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

  • Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept and business case development through delivery, launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.

  • Develop business cases and prioritization frameworks that balance customer value, strategic impact, technical feasibility, and commercial outcomes.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), adoption metrics, customer satisfaction measures, and operational health indicators.

  • Drive execution through agile product development practices, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer and business expectations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market planning, customer onboarding, adoption strategies, training, and change management activities.

  • Conduct customer research, competitive analysis, and market assessments to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, product opportunities, and potential risks.

  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and customer leadership while serving as the voice of the customer throughout the product development process.

  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap priorities, investment recommendations, and business outcomes to leadership, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Use data-driven decision making and continuous improvement by leveraging customer feedback, product analytics, operational metrics, and market insights.

  • Ensure compliance with business, regulatory, security, data governance, and contractual requirements across the product portfolio.

  • Influence and align stakeholders across multiple organizations to successfully deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable business results.
     

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, data platforms, analytics, APIs, digital products, or technology-driven solutions.

  • Proven experience developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps for complex B2B products.

  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and external business partners to deliver scalable product solutions.

  • Strong understanding of product management principles, agile methodologies, customer discovery, and product lifecycle management.

  • Knowledge of APIs, data integration concepts, reporting platforms, analytics solutions, and digital ecosystems.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision making.

  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.

  • Proven track record of delivering customer-focused solutions that achieve measurable business outcomes.
     

Preferred

  • Experience working within the automotive, mobility, transportation, or technology sectors.

  • Knowledge of OEM business processes, dealer ecosystems, automotive data flows, and connected vehicle technologies.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

  • Experience with business intelligence, analytics, reporting, and data governance solutions.

  • MBA or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

  • Product Management certifications such as Pragmatic Institute, SAFe, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or similar credentials.

Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000

CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.  The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.We offer Medical, dental, and vision benefits in addition to:
