Summary:

This Senior Revenue Operations Business Analyst plays a key role in advancing the Revenue Operations team’s goal of transforming how internal teams leverage systems at ZipRecruiter. This role provides thought leadership and applies industry best practices to the Salesforce platform.

This role works to understand business needs, capture project requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to support the development and implementation of enablement technology. It is a hands-on role requiring a deep understanding of Salesforce combined with the ability to leverage data for practical business insights.

This role operates between Product Owners and Technical Product Managers, supporting sprint status reporting, including Jira dashboard creation, updating, and monitoring, and contributing to Salesforce-related work tied to committed user stories.
Key focuses:

  • Facilitate meetings to understand business pain points, synthesize discussions, and communicate decisions and action items with clear objectives and success measures
  • Partner with business process experts to write business requirements and create process flows to translate into functional system design
  • Conduct gap analysis to provide recommendations, analytical insights, and process improvements through system automation
  • Lead system-related projects tied to Sales Enablement technology, including end-to-end implementation and planning
  • Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and release planning
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve user experience and reduce cost and time impact
  • Provide functional, technical, and system design documentation and support testing of Salesforce enhancements
  • Develop reports and dashboards, audit data integrity, and support backlog management including user story creation and prioritization

Travel required

Quarterly trips to Santa Monica or Tempe Arizona for strategic conversations may be required

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related experience
  • 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including configuration, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and reporting/dashboarding (certifications required)
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills across business and technical teams
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting high-growth environments
  • Advanced Salesforce experience (e.g., Flow, automation, integrations, or CPQ)
  • Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams
  • Familiarity with BI or data tools such as SQL or Tableau
  • Experience leading system implementations or transformation initiatives

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $110,000-$127,500. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
